This agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and Zump Technologies Inc., including its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and representatives (collectively “Zump,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you use the Zump Platform on behalf of a company or organization, your use is also subject to any agreements between that entity and Zump.
2. Overview of the Zump Platform
The Zump Platform operates as a technology marketplace connecting individuals seeking transportation (“Riders”) with independent drivers offering transportation services (“Drivers”).

Zump may use automated systems and algorithms to match Riders and Drivers based on:
Once a Rider accepts a ride request with a Driver, a separate service agreement is formed directly between the Rider and the Driver.
In certain markets, Zump may also provide additional services such as vehicle rentals, bikes, scooters, or third-party services, which may be governed by separate Supplemental Agreements.
3. Updates to the Agreement
Zump may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the Zump Platform. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
