Our Approach to Ride-Sharing
At Zump, mutual respect is key, and discrimination is not tolerated. Violations of our policies result in permanent removal from the platform. You have the autonomy to cancel any ride that compromises your safety.
Driver Background Checks
Every Zump driver undergoes a comprehensive background check upon joining, followed by annual screenings. We also conduct ongoing monitoring for criminal convictions, deactivating drivers as necessary.

Smart Ride Monitoring
We keep an eye on rides for any unusual occurrences, such as extended stops or deviations from the route. If we detect anything concerning, we’ll reach out to check if you require assistance.
Share Your Location
Enhance your safety by adding trusted contacts to your safety settings. This feature allows your loved ones to track your real-time location, providing you with extra peace of mind.
Know Your Driver
Upon matching with your driver, you’ll have access to their name, profile photo, and rating. By adding a photo to your profile, drivers can easily identify you upon arrival.
Privacy Protection
We uphold your privacy by never sharing your phone number or personal information with other riders or drivers. Furthermore, once a trip concludes, your pickup and drop-off locations are kept confidential within the driver’s trip history.
Two-Way Ratings
Rating your driver with three stars or fewer ensures you won’t be matched with them again. Your feedback, which is anonymous, helps us take necessary measures to maintain community safety.
